I booked gas on 2.12.2012 and the booking number is 558593. I received a message for delivery on 6.12.2012 stating my cash memo no.5139. I did not receive cylinder till 10.12.12. On 11.12.2012, I called them over phone and enquired about the delivery. They said it will be delivered on 11.12.2012. We were waiting the delivery and there was a person in the house through out the day to collect the cylinder. But it was not delivered. When I called on 12.12.2012, morning, they say the booking is cancelled, So you have to book again, then one only the cylinder will be delivered. When I tried to book again, the automated message says that your booking is made on 2.12.2012 and cash memo is generated for the same. The same problem occurs whenever we book for refilling. This should be attended immediately and please see that this problem does not occur once again. Was this information helpful? |
