Gati Express — Not providing the consignment number and responding

Gati movers and packers picked up the goods from kolkata on staurday.once the bill was paid, they said that the consignment number will be provided but even after 3 days they haven't provided .they either don't pick the calls or says they wil be giving it by evening
Additionally they charged extra amount of 1285 which is not mentioned in the bill.
They told us the goods will be reached within 5 days and here they are still not able to give the tracking number

Can you please help us on this ?
I don't know where my items are now
