They are using Gati packages name and fooling people. Initially they asked for one amount after taking the parcels they asked for more money and said they will not delivered the parcels. They are not providing docket number. This is very urgent.

They told me that they dispatched my stuff on 6th August, still hasn't arrived yet even though they told me it will only take 5-6 days.
It's been almost 2 weeks now and when I try to call them up they don't pick up my calls.
