I want to move my sister's house hold material from rohini, delhi to udaipur(raj) and ask for quotation they give me quotation of 10, 000 and tax and insurance extra. and on call said total amount will be 13, 000 to 15, 000. i am book it with payment of 2000 in advanced. after they collect goods from home and ask me 5000 for moving material and remaining 7000 after dispatch good so i am send them 5000.
Next day they send me 37280/- bill and tell me for full payment on whatsapp i am shocked and call him. but they blackmail me and sad insurance amount 9000 is must to pay before and my goods is double then there policy. that person do not say this at time of packing and receive goods. And also said when I will pay full payment they will move my goods, and storage charge will applicable from now to move the goods. in other words blackmail me for all amount. i will pay this amount because of my more than 25, 00, 000 goods in there custody so i was paid remaining 30280.
after sending all amount they ignore my calls many times and do not send me reply in any mater. after 2 days i call from different number and ask about all company manager said this is sharing moving so we will dispatch and delivered that items in 2 weeks. i was shocked because when quotation they said maximum 4 days after sending confirmation and advance.
i was silent for some days because of my goods in there custody and ask every days for insurance policy but they parson do not give me after 8 days share me driver contact number. i was communicate with driver with 3days they do not deliver goods so i sand a person to driver again driver ask for money but i will call the company person for it and remind him I will pay full payment after wait of 6 hours deliver item but do not unpack because of they do not send any staff with goods in invoice packing- unpacking and moving good is included but driver said gati do this with all they customers and not share with driver. Truck driver also harassment by company so i will manage unloading of goods.
