Gaurav — Builder not providing the Shop which we have registered & have the Recipt for the same

Dear Sir, My self, Gaurav Bansal from Ghaziabad, U.P. . I have purchased a Shop in Commercial Tower of Panchsheel Wellingtn, Crossing Republik, I did 95 % Payment for the shop, Which i selected from their MAP. Bulder provided me PAyment receipt for 95% Payment along with Shop No. But Now, He is seeing some benifits on taht particular shop, So not providing to us. He is threatening us that, we have lots of lawyer on salaried & will not give this shop to you. Please help me in this regards .

Dear sir. I have paid my mobile bill through your website of the amount of Rs1070.and its order number is [protected] but the amount is not delivered to telecom company of Bsnl punjab. I have paid by my credit card and my money is transact from my acount.so kindly tell me where is my amount.
