Gaurav Kapoor — Credit score not updated after 3 months to clear the payment

Dear Sir,
I already paid my pending peyment of my credit card in two installments in dec 2015. but unfortunatly till now my cibil score is not updated by the bank. i calll at your customer care numbers but they always say that is updated with 45 days o[censored]r payment. but till now no updation. kindly please do the need for this asap. otherwise i go for legel.
