Issue Faced: Weak Headlights & Faulty Adjustment

Since the purchase of the vehicle, I recently got the opportunity to drive it at night. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unsafe due to the following serious issues:

1. The headlights are extremely weak, offering poor road visibility at night.

2. The light beam is misaligned – shifted to the left, and the high beam projects upward into the sky.

3. The headlight adjustment switch is non-functional – the mode change or angle setting does not respond.

4. This caused very poor visibility on the road in the absence of other vehicles, making night driving extremely risky.

5. This situation forced me and my family into an unsafe condition, risking lives due to poor visibility.

This experience has been very disappointing and unexpected from a brand-new TATA vehicle. It appears to be either a manufacturing fault or an issue missed during PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection).

Request for Immediate Resolution:

I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue. Please arrange to:

Fully inspect the headlight unit, alignment, and adjustment system.

Repair or replace any faulty components under warranty.

Ensure lighting functionality complies with road safety norms and is suitable for night travel.
