I am writing to bring an overcharging issue to your attention regarding a recent transaction at the Mangliya, Indore toll plaza.
Despite having a balance of ₹100 in my account, I was charged an extra ₹25 to ₹50. Could you please investigate why this additional amount was deducted and explain the discrepancy?
