Respected sir/ma'am,
I booked two tickets from Rishikesh to Badrinath via the online UTC site on 2nd September, 2024 PNR NO. 444I[protected] . My journey date is 17th September, 2024.
After journey from Rishikesh the bus was moving very well but before arrive Rudraprayag bus conductor informed me that the road conditions is not able for big vehicle like this type of bus from Rudraprayag to Badrinath and was not able to reach the boarding station i.e. Badrinath on the day. And no alternative bus was not provided for the journey. As a result, the bus was canceled for 17th September, 2024. Therefore I request ot refund my bus fare from Rudraprayag to Badrinath and transfer the said amount to my source account .
Please provide me the solution for the same. Thanking you.
