Gb Pant Cardiothoracic Department — Refused to see patient

They don't listen to anyone particularly the H.O.D of cardiothoracic M.A. Geelani. His only answer to everything is " Hume nhi pta ". They just do giggling in room and don't care about the suffering of patient. Even after going through hectic queue systems patients have to return home.
