Gbic Department — Fraudsters selling policies in the name of GBIC department

Hi Team,

I am (Bhanu Karthik), was misled by fraudsters introducing themselves as GBIC employees and promising me to get the money back from existing policies held by me.
This Issue started in June of 2020, When I approached near by Axis bank (Chodavaram Branch, Pin- 531036) for Personal loan Branch manager ( Pushparaju, ph- +91-[protected]) convinced me to buy Max life policy ( policy number[protected] before approving, start processing my personal loan. During 2021 I got a call from Maxlife customer care ( a person introduced herself as Muskan Singh) and they explained that the plan explained during my time of purchase policy was wrong and if I want to get the initial premium amount I have to approach GBIC. They did mention all of the details like my policy number, DOB, premium amount and said there is a bonus amount on my Policy and the agent wants to claim that amount, so I have to register a complaint to stop it. I got a call from a guy ( Rajendra Parihar, ph- +91-[protected]) calling himself as a GBIC employee and he is looking into my complaint. He said he registered a complaint and gave a complaint Id as [protected]@10123VB. He convinced me that I need a customer id to get my Maxlife policy initial premium amount to credit into my bank account I have to purchase a policy to secure Maxlife initial premium amount (Rs.1, 00, 000/-) + bonus amount on policy (Rs.33, 000/-) +benifit amount (Rs.22, 000/- total of Rs.1, 55, 000/-) . He convinced me to make a premium of 50 thousand for Reliance NIppon policy[protected]. I have received policy document, he keep on saying I have to wait and money will be credited to my bank account, which I gave for Enach registration.
Later in the year 2022 April again I got a call from people saying Maxlife customer care and again they said the policy was still active, either I have to pay a second premium or register a complaint with GBIC. Now they said that Rajaendra Parihar did some illegal activities in the department and he got terminated so again I have to start the process from the start, this time I will get my Reliance Nippon Policy premium as well. I got a call from a person called Vikram Mehra (ph- +91-[protected]) . He asked me the same procedure and convinced me to buy the Birla Sunlife policy[protected].

He gave me a customer ID form number :[protected]. Approval number :[protected].

He promised that I will get money by April 15th, nothing happened as he said, he started bluffing me that RBI changed policies so process was getting delayed and introduced to Ramshankar Raghuvamshi( ph- +[protected] as his department head and Kunal Verma as NFTS department. Raghu asked me to buy another policy of 86K and I got doubts and I haven't done any payment. Both Raghu and Vikram forced me to buy another policy and I kept excuses and didn' made any further payments. After a few days again I got a call from people saying Maxlife regional office New Delhi. ( Rajeev Mittal- sr. executive and Arushi Agarwal ), they kept insisting that I have to make a premium suggested by Vikram, then only I will get my Initial premium amount back into my account.

Now I am getting calls from Reliance Nippon customer care and asking for renewal, I know it will be repeated for Birla Sun Life policy. Those guys tricked me to sell their policies in the name of GBIC. Now all three companies MaxLife, Reliance Nippon Life, Birla Sunlife say I will get Rs.0/- for surrendering the policy. All of my problems started from not being able to get my premium back after knowing that policy doest work for my future needs. Why do we have only 30 days to return policy? why we don't get any amount after that. Why are all you and these private companies forcing us ( not giving our initial premium or part of it )to continue to make premiums without allowing us to correct our initial mistake. I have paid 1 lakh rupees as my initial premium for maxlife policy and now I don't want to continue, I don't get nothing ? The company which had my money till now ( from 2020 June to till today ) was not even ready to give my initial premium amount, forget the interest amount I lost. What kind of regulations are these?
I understand that I was misled by a fraudster, but why can't we have flexibility to surrender the policy with minimum guaranteed return.

If you can take some action these people I do have some call recordings during my conversation, those I can submit. I have attached the policy advisor names, if that helps to take some action on them, restrict those people to stop cheating people like me.
