The hr of infy are very proudy and arrogant. They think that they can do whatever they wish. They called me for the interview. Once i cleared the technical rounds, i was called by hr in a room. The hr professionalism was completely missing. She said that i am head hr and i can cancel any one candidature. When i asked for a standard hike, she replied, 20-30% is our maximum limit for any employee, if you accept it is ok otherwise i will cancel your candidature. The arrogance can completely be seen through her voice. I told that i am ok with the package offered by you then she confirmed me to process my candidature forward and release of offer letter. Meanwhile before scheduling my interview they never discussed these details earlier. Infact, in hr interview she forced me to relocate to other location also.
Yesterday, i got a regret letter by infy mentioning that we cannot fulfill your expectations.in reality, the hike offered less than only 1 lakh 80 thousand to me and after ensuring, still i got the regret letter.
This is happening there at ground level by a reputed company in india. No body will believe easily.
I want some simple questions from them
1. Why they don't discuss salary limit and work location details before scheduling the interview.
2. Does infy policy allow to ask for offer letter provided by other companies which is highly confidential for any company if i am not wrong.
3. Have they right to spoil 1 day time for interview for any candidate if they don't have to hire in reality. The same time can be utilized by the candidate for any company.
4. Can hr of any company can be proudly because they have immense power.
