Gc Services — payment not received

On september 28th, 2018, around 1600 hrs, i received a phone call from +91 [protected] with a home based part time job offer. He said he was calling from gc services, largest it outsourcing company in india. He offered me a job in which i had to complete and submit 1000 forms within 10 days and for each form i would receive rs. 25/-. I accepted and e-signed a contract they sent me. It was on a rs. 100/- govt. Stamp paper, gujarat jurisdiction, along with which i had to sent the photographic images of my aadhar, epic, pan cards and also my bank pass book. I received my login id and password immediately after this and was instructed to start with my workload from 29th september. When i logged in to the work portal on the next day, i found out the site was not secured. However, i continued with my best effort to complete the task, there were several incidents where i was getting logged out suddenly; sometimes i wouldn't being able to even login to the portal because of server lockdown. After 10 days, i found that i had only completed 700 forms and was automatically barred from logging into my portal. On 10th october, 2018 i received a call from +91 [protected]. The lady over the phone identified herself to be payal, a technical support operator. She said that i had to pay rs. 6500/- as penalty charge (Which she said to be refundable), if i wanted to continue and complete my task, otherwise pay rs. 4500/- to terminate my contract or else they would take legal actions against me. I chose to continue my work and paid the fees over upi. Despite continuous technical troubles from their end, i managed to complete my work in stipulated time and contacted that lady named payal about my payment. She said that i had to wait till the arrival of my qc report, only then i will get my payment. I gave her my account details and waited for that qc report to arrive. The next day, when i tried to login to my portal again to check if my qc report had arrived, i saw that i was banned from the portal due to multiple login attempts! Since then, i have tried numerous times to contact that lady over phone, whatsapp and also through e-mails but there was no response from their end. Now i am thinking to lodge an fir (Ipc 420) against them with all the details, browsing history, e-mail addresses, bank a/c details, phone no. S and that contract copy which i, with all my wisdom, managed to secure. I am also looking for if there is any other way to resolve the problem in a relatively peaceful manner, the very reason behind my submitting this complaint. I request you to help me any way you can or else provide me with adequate suggestions, if any.
