My name is Siddharth. I had applied for Back Office Job on HDFC Bank Payroll on 21st May 2018. On same day I received a call from Cont. No. : [protected] & they informed me that there is an opening for Back Office Executive in HDFC Bank Payroll & SMS me the address : Bank job Office no="8" 1st floor shubamkaroti patkar building compound in kohinoor technicle baji prabhu chowk behind canara bank time=9.30 to 5 dombivli EAST REFF PRIYA MAM...where the interview was scheduled. I went for an interview the very next day. After the interview they informed me that I have to pay Rs.1500 as a processing fee which will be refunded to me in my first salary. I paid them the amount and they provided me the receipt for the same...Next day i.e. on 23rd May they asked me to reach the same address around 9.30 AM where they provided training for 1 hour about Banking System...Then they informed me that I'll receive a SMS from Urvashi & after receiving SMS I have to call Urvashi and have to take an appointment for interview with HR. I received SMS from Urvashi on 28th May around 5:30 in the evening. Address : HAWARE FANTASIA BUSINESS PARK.SECOND FLOOR S.6 VASHI NAVI MUMBAI MEET TO SAURABH REF CALIBEHR... I called her next day & she gave me an appointment on 8th June & also asked me to reach on the address around 2PM. I went on the provided address on 8th June however HR was not available. There was also a lady named Jyoti who has came from same recruitment. Both o[censored]s waited till 4:30 & then left for the home. Both o[censored]s tried calling on Urvashi's Cont. No. [protected] / [protected] however both the no.'s were Switched Off. Then we called on GCC Recruitment No. [protected]. They informed us that they won't be able to help in this case instead asked us to contact Urvashi for the same. Then I called Urvashi on 11th June ( Monday in afternoon ) & informed her about the same. She took my details and provided me another address : 752, 5TH FLOOR, BUILDING NO 7 SOLITAIRE CORPORATE PARK CHAKALA ANDHERI KURLA ROAD ANDHERI E MEET TO MANISH HR REF SONALI MAM... I called her next day & she gave me an appointment on 26th June & also asked me to reach on the address around 2PM. I went on the provided address on 26th June & met HR Manish Jaiswal...Cont. No. [protected] / [protected]. He informed me that we have stopped hiring the candidates & also asked me to inform Urvashi that not to send any of her candidates on my address. He further said we do not accept any amount from candidates for job like Urvashi does. He also asked to lodge a fraud complaint against her. I called Urvashi immediately and informed her about the same. She took my details again and provided me 3rd address : RADFORD ASSORT GLOBAL LTD 702 WELLINGTON BUSINESS PARK NEAR MAROL NAKA METRO STATION ASAN PADA RD MAROL ANDHERI E MEET TO=GANESH HR REF SONALI MAM and asked me to visit on 6th July around 2 PM. I visited the address as informed & met HR Ganesh Waghmare...He informed me that as of now we do not have an opening for Back Office but do submit your resume if there is any opening for back office he will let me know. I also took his Cont. No. :[protected] & also tried calling on the no. several times later however no. does not exists. Then I again called Urvashi & informed her about the same. Then she took my details again & provided me 4th address : 701, 7TH FLOOR SHREE GAJANAN BUILDING NEAR RAILWAY STATION NEAR CIDCO BUS STOP THANE W MEET TO MOHAN HR REF SONALI MAM and asked me to visit on 13th July around 2 PM. I went on the address however they informed me that it is a wrong address. Then I again called Urvashi & informed her about the same. Then she took my details again but this did not provided me any address. So I called her again on Monday i.e. on 16th July & gave her a reminder. She informed me that she check the details & we'll revert on same till evening however there was no revert from her end. So on 17th July I called her again. She took my details & informed me that the validity of receipt is only for 45 days & hence she won't be able to provide me any further services. I informed her that I haven't received the desired job as informed. She gave me the same reason & disconnected the call...Today i.e. on 18th July I went to GCC Recruitment & they also informed me the same thing. Kindly do the needful & refund my amount because it's almost 2 months otherwise I'll file a police complaint against Quikr...
