Gcchub Beldex — Payments/Withdrawals not made for more than a year

I along with my family members (3 accounts) have opened accounts with gcchub in Dec 2017. We had invested 0.5 btc each for the 18 month scheme, where it was promised that 10% of the reward amount of 1btc will be paid every month. We received the coins in our account for some time.

later after some time they changed the cryptocurrency from btc to beldex and said that even though 10% of the reward amount was credited to the account, only 10% of the available balance in account can be withdrawn. We were receiving withdrawals for some month in this fashion. After expiry of the eighteen month even though we have received the coins in our account, none of withdrawals requests have been processed since June-2019. there has been no response to multiple tickets.

If we contact the office in our local town, they are asking us to pay more money.
