Gcchub — not transferring my wallet balance to gcchub portal

Gcchub is not transferring my gcchub wallet balance to gcchub portal, its been 8 months sice i have raised several tickets related to this issue, i have all mail proof and screenshot of my balance. Customer support person is not responding properly

Now the gcchub wallet portal itself is disappeared,

Hello Team(GCCHUB), how long you need us to send mails and follow you. I asked for medical urgency. so for long time, you are adamant in your terms, this is not justified to keep our coins after the contract period Over.. for each delay can you give 10% returns of each and every month??.. so for 6 months even after contract period over. why you keeping our coins. we dont want to bind any relationship with your management.. If I mail you, you threaten me like that you have taken action against me.. it is ridiculous. Using power you cant do anything ok. Justice will win one day.

Please find the screenshot attached, I have raised multiple tickets from past 1 year, I have the mail follow ups with me, please help in transferring by GCCHUB wallet balance to GCCHUB available balance.
