GE Countrywide Financial Services — Issue of NOC

I brought a Hero Honda CD Dawn L3 motorcycle on 11/04/2005 from Morani Motos Jaipur for Rs 36000 in which around Rs 20000 to 22000 was down payment (I don't remember the exact amount) and remaining was taken as loan from Ge countrywide financial services, which made me pay Rs 1137 for 12 months. I successfully paid all the installments and cleared the loan. Now in order to sell the motorcycle I need a NOC to complete the RC transfer process. So, I kindly request to Indian Consumer Complaints forum to help me get the NOC as soon as possible.
