1. My army no. 15582897n rank - hav name - shashikanta jena.
2. My correct pan no is ahqpj8112k whereas in my monthly pay slip and form-16 it shows ahqj8118k.
3. As per form 16 for the year 2018-19, 2017-18 and 2015-16 an amount of rs. 5993.00, rs. 1528.00 and rs. 318.00 respectively have already deducted on account of it at source against pan no. Ahqpj8118k which is not exists while e-filing my tax.
4. My it deductor details is pay accounts office (Or) beg kirkee. Tan of deductor is pnep12976f.
5.in view of the above, you are requested to correct my pan no and transfer above deduction amount as per para 3 above in my correct pan no. Ahqpj8112k for which i can be e-filing before 31 jul 2018. Please confirm the same on my e-mail address sashi. [protected]@gmail.com.
6. An early action is requested please.
