[Resolved]  GEEBEE Education Ltd — Improper service and Response from Sulekha

Sir, We have been using the services of Sulekha.com for the past three years. Their customer support team (Asst Manager Mr Thirugnana sambandham of Chennai) been in touch with us for the renewal contract for the year[protected]. SInce we have our offices in Chennai and Coimbatore, we made the payment for renewal to the executives at Coimbatore. When we did the Enquiry flow analysis of last year to this year, we found that there is steep dip of 45% Enquiries Provided by Sulekha.com. when we tried reaching Mr Thirugnana sambandham, he was very rude and told he cannot talk and take any responsibility as we have made the payment in Coimbatore. Because of this irresponsible answers and attitude, we have now decided to cancel the services rendered by Sulekha.com for the past years and choose other service providers.
