I would like to draw your attention towards the concern that the students are facing right now. We have trapped in the online education course scam. Institute with the name of GEEKLURN is doing a big scam with the students. They are providing the Training for IT with "job guarantee and study now pay after Placement" promises.
I am attaching here some proofs which they were send us for joining this course.
Our total course fee is 2, 78, 000/-, For which they were saying that they will give us a Scholarship on every 3rd day of the month which is equivalent to our EMI amount. So that we don't have to take a burden for EMI. But From March they are not giving us any kind of the scholarship.
We are unable to manage funds as well as unable to focus on the study.
Reason to reach out to you directly as no one from Geeklurn provides proper information and solutions for our concerns by any mode of communication (call, mails, messages)
Even a few of them have blocked our number and we are unable to make calls at any point of time.
Our concerns which we all students are having right now are listed below.
As per our agreement with geeklurn before the starting of this DSAP program we agreed on the pay after placement scheme, later on we got to know that we are paying EMI but this EMIs will be taken care by Geeklurn in the form of scholarship till the placement happens.
In a few months we again got to know that we have to attend a course with minimum 50% attendance and assessment score of 80%.to avail the scholarship we agreed on that too, after few days we got to know only 50% attendance is required to avail the scholarship we all student agreed on this time too, after few days we got another News that first our EMI will be deducted then we will get the scholarship till 15th of every month, again we student left with no choice and but agreed on it this time as well.
Now today they sent a message for the assessment without any classes in march month. Now update regarding Scholarship.
Some o[censored]s have already paid the EMI for the month of march from our pocket and Some o[censored]s not able to pay EMI by ourself. We have already sent our consent by the google form which has been raised by finance team, and we're still waiting for the scholarship amount of March and today is 7th of April and we are just round the corner for the April months EMI.
We want to Discontinue from the course and Stop all of the Next EMI with immediate effect because I am not able to pay any EMI by myself.
We request you all that please help us on this, and do the needful action accordingly.
