I enrolled in the Data Science Architect Program offered by Geeklurn Edutech Services Pvt. Ltd. through their website https://www.geeklurn.com/. As per their invoice (attached), the total course fee was ₹1, 80, 000.
On 08-April-2023, I made an advance payment of ₹50, 000, via Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card, which is reflected in my credit card statement and the official invoice provided by Geeklurn.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the services promised were not provided as per the commitment. I requested a refund but did not receive any satisfactory response or the return of my payment.
I have already filed a cybercrime complaint regarding this fraudulent activity under the Acknowledgement Number: [protected], classified as an "Online Financial Fraud." Supporting evidence for this transaction and complaint is attached.
