Geeta Bhawan Apartments — Illegal Construction in geeta bhawan apartments

Dear sir,

I am a resident of geeta bhawan apartments in west punjabi bagh, new delhi[protected]/nwa, opposite punjabi bagh club). I am raising this complaint on this forum for the second time now. No action was taken by the authorities on my previous complaint as a hefty bribe must have paid to the same and the issue was resolved.

Residents of flat 305, flat 7 and flat 8 are constructing unauthorized structures across their respective apartments. This is extremely dangerous to other building occupants because the building underneath may not be able to bear the load of expanded structures and collapse, which may result in a catastrophe. Only three floors are authorized in this building and now there is a fourth floor constructed in the same

Request you to please uphold the sanctity of this forum and the rule of law by stopping this illegal construction at the earliest. Because in case no action is taken and the structure below crumbles part, this forum would be morally responsible for the huge ensuing losses as this issue has been raised here twice.

Resolving this would boost public confidence in this forum and the officials visiting to inspect the issue.
