Geetanjali Salon Private Limited — Wrong product used and damaged my hair

I had made an appointment on 7th September for keratin treatment for my hairs and they told me that they will do GK keratin in my hairs at a cost of 5, 300 rupees as they were running some offers at that time.

My hometown is bareilly but now i am married in kanpur, so when i took treatment i was in Bareilly but I Return to Kanpur on 14th of September . Till then I had done one wash of my hairs, but was not happy with the result, so I thought might be, i did not wash my hairs properly. Then I again did head wash on 9 of September, but they were worse. I’m attaching my pictures. I have been taking treatments from for quite some time now, and I am aware about the results.

I called the salon and told them my situation and asked them to give me a service in Kanpur. They stated that they cannot provide me service in Kanpur. I will have to come back to Bareilly to get the service. It is not possible for me to again and again, go to my hometown, but still, I managed and told them that I would be visiting my hometown before 20th of October, for which day are not agreeing, and they are telling me that because I did not purchase the product from them they are not responsible. The treatment from the hairs are gone because I did not wash my hairs properly . They are ready to do my hairs again but before 7th of October only if i come after that i will have to repay.

I went to Geetanjali because of the brand value and the services I’ve heard from my friends and colleagues, but this was my first first time experience with Geetanjali and it was the worst. I have gone to other salons and gotten my treatment from Looks, Tony and guy and even from local salons but I have never been treated like this. I don’t know what kind of brand is Geetanjali now and what kind of services are being provided by you guys from your different outlets .

I want my service again in Kanpur, as I am not very sure if I can trust Geetanjali again or not. I don’t want to go to that salon in Bareilly and get my treatment done as I don’t trust them anymore.Either you refund me my amount and I can go to some other salon and get my treatment done from a trustworthy brand, or otherwise, I’m going to sue you guys for this kind of treatment because this is a fraud which you are doing with the customers.
