Geetha MG — Poor service and lethargy in address the consumer request and complaint

We spoke to the helpline number and raised the request for shifting our house to the new address in the same locality on August 16, 2025 and fixed for dismantling the routers from the existing address on August 21 and installation on August 22nd at the new address. The same were confirmed by ACT but to our surprise no one called on 21st and we reached the helpline number 3 times on August 21 and was informed of having the same done by 7pm but the no solution.

We made a mistake in going for ACT with 6 months subscription and making payment in advance as their act is with absolute arrogance and taking customers for granted.
