Gemini Scan center — Bill cheating

I have taken chest scan in Gemini scans Ambattur branch and they haven't provided me the bill along with the report. They gave the bill only after asking the bill. I had to come long way to collect the bill. It is very suspicious (either people working are trying to cheat management or management is trying to chart government by doing so )
