I bought an emerald from gempundit which when i received was having crack on its middle then i complained about it, in their resolution i was told that it is a natural inclusion which all emerald (Panna) are having also one of their guy called me and told that all their emerald gemstone are having that type of crack/fracture, he also added that i[censored] are not satisfied you can take it to your nearest gemtesting lab and if it has having any problem we will refund you full amount plus your gem testing charges and penalty. I thought may be all gemstone comes with a fracture as i am a new buyer but next day i got it tested from my nearest lab and the lab person confirmed me that it is having fracture and it is not good to wear, same moment i informed gempundit about it, they told me to send it premium courier service. I sent it with dtdc plus on friday and it was deivered on saturday also i shared all courier details with gempundit. After the gemstone was delivered i contacted gempundit they told me that their offices are closed on sat and sun, and you will get delivery confirmation on email, but on monday they are not picking up my call and not replying to my msg. They just fool customers, they just sell rejected gemstones and also refurbished gemstones by chemical pasting and name them natural inclusion. If you want genuine product go with offline seller. Dont even think of gempundit and dont go with other reviews they must be paid reviews. I am also attaching screenshots you can refer.
