I am writing this with serious concern and extreme disappointment regarding the non-delivery of my consignment booked from Thane a to Pune, Katraj
According to your website, the parcel was marked 'UNDELIVERED DUE TO OUT OF DELIVERY AREA (ODA)' on 11th Oct, yet I have not received it till now, nor have I received any call or delivery attempt from your end.
courier has arrived trackon office on dated 11/10/2025 and still we have not received
After repeated follow-ups, I contacted your customer care. I was told that the Why courier is not delivery, then they said we have load, you cmay collect material from our office.
This is not the first time this has happened. It is the second time they are not deliver material at a time.
The negligence in delivery and why it was Out of delivery area
The unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour of your staff at the Katraj branch.
