Dear Complaint Forum,
I took Web Hosting Services From Genhost in 11/11/2021 With Service Option Of RNVM1 - hostinghuts.com. All was running in smooth way but in 7th May 2022 on Saturday I received email from Genhost that NVMe SG Server Down Incident, So I request them to restore my Websites along with their data. So They Genhost requested me to give us time, We will restore your data along with domains as well. But in vain because Genhost taking time again and again.
When I asked I bought Service Package for Singapore Server Location, So Tell me that Your Singapore Server is safe and data will be availble from their then its Managing Director (S.J.Nagavishnu) said yes we hired people for it and we will recovered it soon as you will get your data. But again false execuse that was "The disk is in Singapore I'm not sure if it was still available in DC" I told them Please refund me or give me my data, details are mentioned below:-
Dear Genhost,
It would be my last email that kindly give me my all sites backup on urgent basis, or provide me that harddrives on which ou were storing data. Both Hard Drives Primary and Backup hardrives which you said our experts failed to recovered data from that. Now You have Two Choices that are:-
1. Pay Me For My Loss, Which is $2500 because of you.
2. Give me the Hard Drives, I will recover the Data.
Now its up to you that what you select and final call for you. Waiting for your reply.

Please resolve my matter that Genhost Webhosting Solution is not returning my sites that they had, If they dose not want to return my data then give me loss amount $2500.
Now its upto you that If you people do justice with me, then I will do nothing any thing else wrong against you and your country. But If you dose not justice with then I will higlight this matter in Print and Electronic Media along with on Social Media as well.
