We had paid around 50000 in last 3 years to genial holiday club for 6nights package with extra Rs 7100 per year and they have assured us to book a hotel for family of 4 but now they aren’t responding and not even answering calls.
Even though we had asked them give 3 nights instead of 6 for this year for 2 rooms but no response till now. We got this membership in 2019 and asked 2 times before for booking but they didn’t provide the same. So we didn’t get to have benefit of membership till now . Was this information helpful? |
