Genrage — Sent me wrong product and not ready to exchange it

So I had ordered two tshirts from this brand whose ad I saw on instagram each tshirt for rs 1500. At first glance it looked cool so I ordered two tshirts. Firstly I made a prepaid payment and I got a confirmation that the order was placed and they sent me a tracking link on whatsapp. It was mentioned that I would get the product delivered at a specific date. That date passes and I still did not get any product. Tried reaching them on all platforms. Their website, instagram, whatsapp. After continous attempt to reach them for 3-4 days they finally replied and said their was some delay due to some xy reasons and we’ll ship the product asap. I received 2 tshirts. Both wered ordered of the same size but one appeared to be smaller and tighter. I was out for a week so couldn’t check it earlier and my grandmother had received the parcel. When I tried to exchange the tshirt it was supposedly the last day of exchange according to their policy and I was doing this at while I was at work. The website asked me to send a picture of the product I wish to exchange, so I couldn’t finish the exchange cuz I couldn’t send the picture. So when I reached home after an hour and tried exchanging the product it said the exchange period is over and I can’t do anything now? Tried reaching them on all platforms again for 3-4 days. Finally they cared enough to reply and said they can’t do anything about it. After I said that I was cheated and i’m going to raise a complaint they reached out to me after a day and said they’ll make a manual exchange for my order and asked me to send extra 99rs as exchange charges so I did. I got a msg on whatsapp from their delivery partner that exchange was applied, it was delhivery. It’s been 2 days nobody came to pickup and then I got a message that the pickup was cancelled and there’s no reason mentioned. Tried reaching them out on all platforms since 2 days and still i’m getting no response it’s like a impossible loop please help me deal with these scammers I don’t have time and mental energy to do this everyday for hours. Also one thing I forgot to mention they had told I can pick any product as an exchange so I did and it was for 1299 so I asked them to send the rest of money back to my account and they were adamant on putting it in store credits. This is the last time i’m dealing with these scammers so I guess that money has also hone down the drain.
