Sir, I booked the solar panel on July 30, 2024 and paid Rs. 32000/- in advance. Due to my personal reasons, I requested to cancel the deal through Email on September 11, 2024 and said that you deduct 10% cancellation charges from the advance amount. About 10 months later, on 24th July 2025, when I reminded him about the refund by email, Mr. Aviral Bhatla wrote to me in reply that "Our payment agreement clearly states that there is no cancellation after three days from payment". Then I wrote that I am a retired person, and Rs. 32000/- is a big amount for me, you can deduct 10% to punish me, why are you confiscating the entire amount. And i also wrote that if you are not accepting my request then I will take my case to the consumer complaints cell. I haven't recd any reply from them yet.
