We have a agent ID in Get My Trip from Hermes we booked some tickets through our wallet balance but due to covid 19 all flights were canceled and the amount was returned by the airlines to Get My Trip (Hermes) which is still showing in our wallet by due to some internal issues in hermes they have stoped all types of bookings through portal and they have told us that hermes will refund the balance amount to our bank account but till now they have not refunded our money nor they are giving any particular dates for refund we have sent several emails to their customer care team but till now they have not done the refund.
