I have ordered a f&d f3333u 5.1 multimedia speaker from askmebazaar.com on 18th october, 2015 & the promise delivery date is within 10 working days. the order is already pre-paid. now already 8 working days are over but my order is not shipped yet from their end. so when i contacted them, they told me that i will get my order by tomorrow means 29th october, 2015 but how is it possible to deliver the product by tomorrow as the order isn't shipped yet. when i contacted them today they are telling that within 4th november the order will be shipped. when i told them to cancel my order & refund my money, they are telling that the order can't be cancelled now as logistics has been booked & the only way to cancel it is to deny the order when they will come to deliver it to my doorstep. and after that it will take 13 working days to refund my money. so basically they are asking for almost 1 month to complete a transaction. so it is a humble request to cancel my order & refund my money within this month only.
