Sir,
I ordered 3 product from ketch site on[protected]
And 2 of them I received on[protected] and i apply for return for 1 product due to size and quality issues.
And my return is pickup on[protected] by the pickup person
After cross check the whole product with the site .
And didn't find any issue.

And when I ask for them refund, they told me that, when the product come to warehouse the quality checkup of product is done then after only they will refund.

So i waited

But when after reaching product to their warehouse, i asked for refund on[protected]
But they refused to refund as they told me that, i returned other product.

How could this possible, when i returned same product, and the pickup person also cross check it and verify by seeing on the site .

I called multiple times but they r not helping me out in this
I couldn't afford such loss

I save money from long time for buying something and this type of cheating took all my money without refund.

When I see the reviews of the app/ site on play store, i found that i m not only the single one who was cheated and fraud by such type of sites .

There are many more who are cheated by one or other means .

U can verify it on play store - on ketch app review.

So, i request you to help me in this
And help others from being cheated by such sites

By taking proper action against them .
