Getlook Salon — Metal harrasment

This guys first burnt my skin in the month of Feb and which I realised after a week for which I paid 2000+ include few others services. But later on when I followed with them they first for help in any possible way. After multiple follow ups and even to write on social media(Facebook, Instagram). Even I mailed the CEO of getlook thinking he will listen or help me. But was worst then his employee. Then I guess after 50+ followers with so many people and for waited for weeks then I got a call from client manager Ms.Riya. Before starting I must tell you she has no manners how to talk or politeness word doesn't exist in her dictionary. But anyway after few arguments for asking for doctor, she straight away denied for that and later when she talk with one of my friend and then having multiple disagreement she said as a apologies I'll be crediting 500 in our getlook wallet which can be use in next 3 months.

Now comes the second round of harrasment, from March 5th start booking thinking let's book and they will repeat the previous mistake but this time it was something else. They disappoint me like anything. They booked and cancelled for 1 month repeatedly saying next time for sure we'll serve the purpose. And still this continues. When I ask to transfer my amount to vank they denied. Because of them I have taken multiple leaves from office. Who will compensate for that? Who will compensate my mental harrasment?
