Getlook Services — Unprofessional services provided by GETLOOK

Hi, I have booked an appointment with Getlook Salon Services on 14 March 2025. The service was delayed by 45 minutes, the beautician denied service at first, then I had to ask them to cancel the appointment, but the beautician was already at my residence for the services! She took almost 4 hours for the service, even though there was no proper waxing! Facial, Manicure, or Pedicure! My skin was left red after the service because of the mask that she applied. She made this service the worst experience I've had calling Getlook services for a refund or other service! No reply, a lady called Riya had called for a discussion, but she says no, we cannot refund the amount! I have suffered injuries during the waxing, and the same has been escalated to the getlook team, yet no solution!
