I booked a vacation with a travel agency by name GetsetYo who initially promised for a quote of 240000
Including everything. Everything means to say Visa included. I have informed them since Dec 18th asking them to apply for Visa. Their employee Ajaz khan was over confident that they know the process and get this within 2-3 days and neglected our request. They applied for it in Dec 31st after asking multiple times.
Visa got rejected on 3rd Jan and they communicated it on 8thJan which messed up our entire trip plan.
Till now even after asking multiple times they are not providing the document which shows the reason of rejection.
It caused lot of stress and spoiled my entire joy of going to trip in the budget of 4 Lakhs.
After that as the time was just a week away for travel they insisted to go with applying again with express visa. And asked me it will be extra 36000 which comes to 12000 per person.
Initially Ajaz khan assured they will take care of Visa but they did not stand on words and made us pay 36000 extra.
During this process I tried speaking to VP of GetsetYo Mr.Abhishek. He was not all customer focused he justified his employee Ajaz khan and did not even bother about the loss the customer will bear.
Even after all this services provided there were not pro the mark

Dessert safari worst. We specified premium he assured it will be premium. After going there got to know it was not booked premium.
City tour he assured private and later made it to shared but no cost reduced
With this trip I spent 3, 80, 000 which all went in vain as the entire process was stressful .
I demand my money back from GetsetYo as they failed in each and every process and gave me lot of mental stress in each step along with loss of money
