Dear Sir,

I have invested amount of 500/- in the golden forest (India) limited under receipt no. LS/96/35674 dated 21/03/1996 by the name of Paramanand Singh by ZONE - 2

My amount maturity date is 21/01/2016 under enrolment no. 417257.
My cheque s.No. is 0219840, A/C No. is 17022 o[censored]nion Bank Of India, Sect-35 C, Chandigarh of Amount-Rs. 40000/-

But, on 21.1.2016 I am going to deposited in my account in SBI, Palam Dabri Road, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi, not accepted this cheque due to 5 digit A/C No. required him 15 digit A/C No.
Please provide a new Cheque with 15 digits A/C No.
