Our Function and Promise to You: The applicant has given Go-Global Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. specific authorization and designation to handle his or her immigrationapplication processing for Ireland job assistance process. The Company will carry out every task as directed. 1. In the applicant's best benefit, we will constantly offer and mentor them on issues pertaining to immigration, policies, and programs. 2. Verify and examine the applicant's information on the points that qualify him or her for the Ireland job assistance process.3. Gather and identify the Application Form together with all supporting documentation needed to submit the application to theDocumentation Department. Consultancy Service Agreement

If the qualifying points changes after this contract is signed, or if new laws are applied retroactively to applications that havealready been filed, we have no control over any unfavorable changes to the current selection criteria. or until the file is closed in our system, whichever occurs first. It is also decided that you will have to pay an administrative chargein order to reopen your case. Furthermore, we are pleased to offer the following extra services at no extra cost: Reviewing the files sent to us through the case management system; Helping to prepare the forms needed to submit the case online or by mail and, whenever necessary, liaising with the authoritiesto answer any queries they may have. Plan of Payment:The client has chosen one time payment schedule. INR 59, 000 is the total amount paid towards the services offered.First installment: NASecond installment: NA In case of Default Payments: In the event that the specified payment schedule is not followed, the remaining amount will become immediately due andpayable. The outstanding amount will be subject to a 2% monthly percentage rate interest charge in addition to a daily latepayment penalty. To collect any outstanding debts, Go-Global Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. may employ a debt collectionagency or pursue other legal means. (The total amount due plus any related expenses will be the only amount incurred). Government Charges: NABiometrics Fees: NAPCC charges: NATravel Insurance: NARefund PolicyCompensation and Termination:If the applicant withdraws from the service early or prematurely, the amount will not be reimbursed. Following the execution of the Contract of Engagement, if the Applicant's application is still pending, has been filed but is unableto be processed, or is rejected, the Company may terminate its services, with no reimbursement of the service price already paid, under the following conditions: 1. The Applicant, for any reason whatever, abandons any intention to file an application at any point, including the processingstage, after signing this contract.2. 3. The required medical examination by the Visa Office is omitted by the applicant. 4. There won't be a refund if the country stops taking applications or if the quota is reached during the immigration process. Ifthat were the case, the company would have to wait for it to reopen.The Company shall not be liable for any adverse modification to the existing selection criteria that takes place subsequent to theexecution of this agreement. Moreover, if the pass mark changes after this agreement is signed or if newly passed legislation areapplied retroactively to previously submitted applications, the Company will not be liable for any unjustified refund. 5. The return clause shall not be applicable if a case is transferred from one program to another for whatever reason. 6. If any of these are the grounds for rejection, the company shall not be responsible for any payment. • Should the candidates neglect to show up for the visa interview. • Not presenting a legitimate Police Verification • The filing of forged paperwork. • Not supplying the employer's employment verification. • Previous infractions by the applicant or any family members included on the application of any immigration or visa laws.• The late submission of any more documentation that the Visa Office may request at a later time.7. Based on comparable external variables such as these, the Company shall not be liable for any delay caused by third partyservices, including courier services, etc. Additionally, applicants are not eligible for a service charge refund. 8. 9. The applicant must also be aware of and agree to the fact that, should they decide to opt out of the process at any point aftersigning up, there will be no refund or transfer of the company fee to a friend or family member. 10. The applicant should also be aware of and agree to the fact that in the event that they decide to switch to a different service orprocess or decide to immigrate to another country, there will be no refund or adjustment of the company charge. Accountability in law:We'll assist you in getting your file ready. We disclaim any liability for the caliber of the documents you send us. The advice wegive throughout our consultation process is only valid for 30 days after it is altered in that legislation, whichever comes first, dueto the constant updating and revision of immigration laws and regulations. While our staff will make every effort to keep youinformed of any changes to the law that may have an impact on your case, we cannot be held legally liable for any changes toimmigration policy or legislation that may materially affect your case. We will have to close your case if you don't provide us with the necessary documentation within 90 days of our consultation orbefore there is a change in the law. Due to the continuous changes in immigration rules and practices, your case cannot remainopen indefinitely. If you would like to reopen your case, you will need to pay the necessary fees to make your case active againand have it reviewed by the Go-Global Immigration Services representative in light of the new situation.1. Note: We intend to receive papers for each step of the case within 90 days of our request for them, or as specified by thatdepartment, if we must submit your case to multiple regulating organizations. 2. After we forward your application to the regulatory body, we have no control over how long it takes to process it. Furthermore, we are unable to guarantee their ultimate judgment about your case. Terminating This Contract:
This contract is in effect from 25th January, 2025 for six months.If any events occur that are beyond our or your control, we will immediately terminate this agreement and cease to be able toperform any of our or your obligations. You may terminate this agreement at any time by sending us a written notice of your intention to do so. However, you will belegally obligated to pay us any money you owe us for additional costs or our fees. When this agreement expires, you will beresponsible for paying any fees and additional charges in the amount that we have requested. Following this, our services are considered to have been rendered and our payments are due in full, in accordance withindustry best practices.Any disagreements or disputes that may develop between the parties regarding the interpretation, application, and rights andobligations of either party under this agreement will be brought before a single arbitrator chosen by Go-Global ImmigrationServices, who may or may not be a member of the organization's staff. The client consents to waive any right of objection withregard to any arbitrator that Go-Global Immigration Services appoints. [protected]@ggims.com
The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory amendment or re-enactment thereof, or any rules formedthereunder, shall govern the resolution of any dispute(s) or differences that may arise. All notices under this agreement will beconsidered as having been given in a proper manner when they are sent by registered mail to the party at the address stated atthe beginning of this agreement or to a different address that has been provided in writing to the other party. Under this arrangement, the Delhi Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. The client attests to having read the terms andconditions and promising to follow them. Communication privacy is not always guaranteed and is governed by governmentregulations. The customer will be responsible for covering all costs related to dispute resolution, arbitration, notice, and/orlitigation. I agree to this agreementAs long as you pay your deposit and follow the terms of this agreement, you will have accepted it in accordance with contractlaw.
