I contacted ShipRocket directly, but they referred me back to Ghar Soaps. I have already emailed Ghar Soaps about this issue, but there has been no resolution or assistance provided.

This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is causing inconvenience, and I am requesting immediate action to track my order and ensure its delivery. If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate the issue to consumer forums.
