I ordered a Ghar detan soap on 31december around 10am and it was a prepaid order. I got a message regarding confirmation of payment and amount being debited from my account. After about 2 hours i got 2 messages from them one being about confirmation of the order and just below it at the same time was a message about failure of payment and that the amount will be refunded within 4-5days. But to this day I didn't receive any refund. I tried sending e mail twice to them as it was the only way to contact them, I also provided them with screenshot for proof but to this day I got no response from them and no refund.
