I want to add my name in ration card of my father in law. We both went there to do the needful. Every time they ask to get this no that (Document from police station, court, leader, maternal place). Every time they gv excuses at last every thing is ready now saying we can't make it here and even not giving reason why can't they do it. As our address fails in that area. Wired behaviour.
