Dear sir,
I beg to tell you that there is too much shortage of water but no one focus on that. I am seeing daily that my neighbour open submersible and let it open for too much time, water fell out of tank and goes into the drain. Every day in the morning this will happens.
Please take action on the above mentioned as soon as possible.
