Ghmc Group — ghmc manhole overflow

I the resident of hasham nagar, langer house here to say about the complaint of ghmc manholes overflow. We are suffering drainage water frequently overflowing from manholes, due to the bad smell people near our houses suffering from viral fever and we are suffering from lot of mosquitoes due to it. It is overflowing from last 1.5 months but their is no proper work done by the ghmc authorities. We gave several complaints to ghmc authorities to rectify permanently, they are coming and doing 5% work and going away, due to the incomplete job the problem repeating with 1 day. Please rectify the problem completely, so that it may not repeat again and again.
I request the higher authorities to look out for the process and get it done.
