This company is totally unethical and unprofessional..
i had paid a huge amount for my package at a time it was my big mistake i had selected ghumlo and planned my 1st anniversary tour with .
i had paid extra amount because of their staff mistake.
actually my flight tickets not booked by them on time and rate has increased.
that difference amount i had paid extra(9000/-).
i had paid extra 4000/- for the nathula pass during the tour which is included in package.
at the time of payment they promising me to give 2000/- cash back for the full and final payment(which is not not recd) and complimentary candle light dinner on my 1st anniversary day that amount i had paid extra(1500/-)..
pickup car service also very poor.. standard room booked instead of super delux room.. i had adjusted each n every services.
my whole trip spoiled because of their unprofessional services and planning..
this company never works with their commitment.
nobody will co-operate you once you paid full amount. i strongly recommend not to get with this company..
this company is not trustworthy if you have written confirmation then to they denied to provide the service..
Ghumlo is not working for the client satisfaction..
(this company is not worth for ratting 1 also according to my experience..)
kindly help me for getting my refund amount of rs. 14500 which was extra paid by me..
(9000 i had paid online on 15.01.17 and 5500 cash paid during the trip)
