Respected Madam/ Sir,
I undersigned Milind Kadam, I had booked flat in Shree Mahalaxmi Residency, Talawade Village, Neral, Karjat on 1st May 2015. At the time of booking GICHFL person Mr. Prashant Jadhav, was there in 2nd floor, Eternity Mall, Teen Hath Naka, Thane in builder office. He approach to us and insist to take loan from GICHFL and we agreed for it.
Meanwhile, after completing the all documentations, on 10th July 2015, GICHFL, Thane Branch, situated at Hariniwas circle sanctioned us to home loan of Rupees 17, 00, 000/- .
Here, I want to bring in your notice that, the current status of my building work is plinth level only since year 2015. But from the date of sanctioned loan i.e. 10.07.2015 to date 27.06.2017, GICHFL Hariniwas Thane branch had disbursed 95% of our loan amount to builder Mr. Parag Thakkar that is Rupees 16, 16, 558/- without giving any intimation to us, also without confirming the status of work completed by builder.
I visited GIC Thane branch many times, but never gets proper answers from Thane GIC branch. Also, we had sent mail about to show us the documents, which on basis, had disbursed this much amount to builder. In response, we received the mail stating that we have to pay outstanding amount against the loan.
As there in no work has been completed of my building and GICHFL has been disbursed the amount to builder without any verification of the work status, seems to be fraud happens with us and we are not liable to pay any outstanding as well as principal loan amount to GICHFL.
I have humble request to take up this matter and wave OFF the outstanding as well as principal loan amount and closed my loan account.
