Gilma / Stovekraft — Not honoring the warranty - manufacturing defect

I purchased gilma gas stove model RIO 2 burner glass top stove from amazon India (online) of 21 July 2021. I have not been able to use the stove till now because of the small burner not filling in its slot. which has a risk of gas leakage. I lodged complaint with gilma customer support at-port at[protected] on 23.08.21 at 1045 am. The product is under 2 years warranty and the service people denied to honour the warranty and said they won't honour warranty products purchased from amazon and denied giving a denial letter also.
