I had booked a room at Ginger Wakad on 5th of November 2025 at evening 6pm for same night & Checkout at 12pm on 6th of November 2025, as confirmed in the attached voucher. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no rooms are available at the hotel and booking was done for a day only. As per hotel day time is 9:00am to 5:00pm, which is not correct. Booking was done for a night from 2pm on 5th of Nov 2025 to 12pm on 6th of Nov 2025. Which is also mentioned in Tata Neu booking voucher. when i asked for a full refund the hotel told me that the booking was non-refundable due day time booking, but how did they take the booking for daytime at 6pm 5th Nov 2025 when their "daytime" was already over at 5pm 5th Nov 2025?
