Ginni Filaments — Bad quality leather of FILA shoes

Hi all,

This is regarding bad quality leather of fila shoes.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from lifestyle international pvt. Ltd, bund garden road
Opposite to pune club, pune on 10th january’2016 for my brother’s wedding and hardly i used it twice or thrice, later i could see that the shoes joints are divided in two pieces (Bottom and top were separated) and there were cracks on the top of leather within few days of purchase.

While buying shoes the sale person insured me about 3 months warranty if anything happen to shoes. Unfortunately his word doesn’t work and the leather started cracking on the top and when i raised this complain with lifestyle customer care they have diverted me to mr. Sachin chichkar (Mobile no: [protected]) a person who is responsible for pune location for all the malls and shops.

I am surprised sachin chichkar neither communicate in proper english nor sounded a genuine person, he also made big promises and also said will give a call back tomorrow but next day there was no call from his side and when i called him he just disconnected the call. How can someone be so arrogant and irresponsible when it comes to customer satisfaction? Is he really a helpful person or a myth? How can someone hire a person who is not kind to his customers and keeps them dominating and lying?
It’s really a shame to know that such persons work for customer care and satisfaction.

Now, i was cheated, as they lied to me, the sale person and sachin chichkar the representative from fila or might be they are selling duplicate fila shoes god knows. I was about to highlight this on fb, twitter and linkedin as well but before that thought to take a last chance of writing to you, thus hoping for some prior and swift response.

Fila is one of the reputed brand on international market and this type of leather quality is surprising poop, this is not the first time i am using this brand but it made me very disappointed.

It’s a very bad experience with lifestyle and fila brand. I would not suggest friends/ relative to visit lifestyle again because of bad quality of brand.
