To the Giordano Team,
This is to bring to your notice the pathetic quality of a Giordano watch I purchased from Amazon on 12th January 2025. Within just a few months of minimal usage, the lock of the watch broke down during a function, causing immense embarrassment and inconvenience.
This was the first time I chose to trust your brand, and clearly, it turned out to be a terrible decision. Until now, I’ve used watches from Titan and HMT, and not once have I faced such a basic issue, let alone in such a short span of time. If this is the quality you offer, it raises serious questions about your manufacturing standards and brand credibility.
When I contacted Amazon, they washed their hands off the matter and instructed me to reach out to your company directly. So here I am, clearly stating that I want this watch either repaired or replaced immediately. I have attached the relevant images for your reference.
Let me be very clear — selling such substandard products and expecting customers to tolerate it is unacceptable. If this is how you plan to grow as a brand, it’s only a matter of time before people lose trust completely.
